Become the Manager for Human Resources Planning & Performance. This pivotal role will enhance communication and reporting within HR to support performance tracking and transparency.
You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of People and Culture. Your expertise in developing reporting structures and performance measurement tools will ensure streamlined operations and accurate documentation of HR processes. You will lead efforts in KPI automation and data standardization for improved efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create bi-weekly and other KPI reporting processes
• Strengthen reporting for Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Design effective performance measurement tools
• Collect and document HR processes for better access
• Monitor and report on cost-reduction accuracy
Requirements:
• University Degree in Business, HR, or Finance
• 3-5 years of analytical experience
