Role Description

Full‑time, on‑site Human Resources Manager position located in Nuevo León. Responsible for daily HR department activities, attached to operations, directing talent management processes, planning, conducting and coordinating personnel activities and labor relations, and implementing company policies and practices. Ensures the annual training plan is carried out and integrated into the organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Advanced English level
• Medium knowledge of Recruitment processes
• Personnel administration, handling of personnel incidents
• Medium knowledge of federal labor legislation and conflict resolution
• Ability to develop company regulations and procedures
