Our client, a manufacturing facility located in Mexico, has partnered with ML6 in their search for a Human Resources Manager to join their growing team! The Human Resources Manager will provide personnel leadership and oversight for the company. This individual will report to the Operations Manager and serve as a key business partner with other company leadership.

- Define and implement the overall Human Resources and talent management strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with corporate guidelines and applicable laws and regulations.
