Your Role
Work closely with the Site Manager, providing hands-on, operational support across a broad range of generalist activities. Use your initiative to identify improvement initiatives, ensuring that business and people plans are implemented and achieved.
Key Accountabilities:
- Build strong working relationships to enable the provision of commercial, proactive and pragmatic advice to stakeholders;
- Support the Site Manager in the development and implementation of the Site HR strategy;
- Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding;
