As the Human Resources Manager, you will be the primary HR contact for approximately 150 employees. This hands-on role demands extensive involvement in recruitment, onboarding, and policy administration. You will also promote a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment legislation across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all employee roles
• Coach supervisors on performance and attendance policies
• Conduct workplace investigations per ESA regulations
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Align HR initiatives with organizational goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of broad HR generalist experience
• CHRP/CHRL certification preferred
