Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as a support to sourcing/recruitment related activities
- Support recruitment processes, including test administration
- Perform other ad-hoc sourcing related tasks
- Source candidates for various hiring requests
- Conduct call outs
- Coordinate interview schedules with Recruiters
- Lead generation through job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels
- Monitor and update various databases
- Assist with internal and external events
About You
