Human Resources Intern (bilingual)

MDA Space is a global leader in satellite systems and space exploration, seeking a Human Resources Intern for an 8 to 12‑month placement on its Satellite Systems team in Montreal.

This internship will give you real work experience while supporting the HR team on various projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR programs and maintain HR information and related records.
• Ensure personnel files are consistent and compliant.
• Work collaboratively with HR teams to support business needs on a variety of HR matters.
• Provide labor relations administrative support in a unionized environment.
• Assist with HR documentation that links to payroll (e.g., leave of absence, maternity leave).
