Human Resources / HR Manager (Madrid)

From our specialized Human Resources Division, we are currently seeking, on behalf of a leading group with multiple sites in Madrid, an HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in people management and labour law.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in generalist or senior HR roles, ideally within growing organizations requiring the structuring, formalization, and professionalization of HR processes.
• Proven track record in the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures, including hiring, leave management, absenteeism, onboarding, performance management, training, and development.
• Solid knowledge of Spanish labour law, personnel administration, and employee relations, with the ability to balance regulatory compliance with business pragmatism.
