As HR Intern your main responsibilities will focus on general HR Administration.
- Managing employee documentation (contracts, personal files, and updates)
- Maintaining HR records (ensuring information is accurate and up to date)
- Supporting daily administrative tasks (filing, data entry, and correspondence)
- Assisting with HR processes (onboarding, reporting, and general coordination)
Profile
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Fluent in English
