Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS management, and payroll.

HR Responsibilities

• Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding.
• Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing new hire orientations.
• Maintain and enter employee records in Dayforce.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Maintain HR policies.
• Support managers and employees to handle workplace issues.
• Lead health and safety, maintain WSIB claims and return to work program.

Payroll Responsibilities

• Must have experience processing payroll using Dayforce/HRM.
