Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS management, and payroll.
HR Responsibilities
- Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding.
- Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing new hire orientations.
- Maintain and enter employee records in Dayforce.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Maintain HR policies.
- Support managers and employees to handle workplace issues.
- Lead health and safety, maintain WSIB claims and return to work program.
