HR Generalist – Manufacturing (Unionized Environment)

Location: 40 minutes drive West of Kitchener, ON (Onsite)

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join a manufacturing facility in a unionized environment. This role will support day-to-day HR operations, working closely with leadership and employees on the floor. You’ll be the key HR point of contact for the site, handling everything from employee relations to recruitment and payroll support.

This is a standalone HR position where you will act as the primary HR contact for the entire facility.
