We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support daily HR operations within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role will support both employees and leadership with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
- Support employee relations matters by addressing workplace concerns and assisting with conflict resolution
- Promote employee engagement and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, surveys, and company events such as BBQs, holiday lunches, raffles, and team‑building activities
- Support attendance management, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations when required
