BUZZ is a fast-growing power bank rental network combining a mobile application with a POS solution powered by Tap-to-Rent technology. Users can rent a power bank in bars, cafés, shopping malls, hotels, and airports, and return it at any BUZZ location within the network. The company is actively scaling across multiple cities and countries, rapidly building commercial, tech, and field teams.

Role Mission

To own and elevate the people function at BUZZ by driving fast, high-quality recruitment while simultaneously building a modern HR infrastructure. You will manage the end-to-end talent lifecycle, optimize internal HR workflows, and establish an authentic employer brand that attracts top talent in a fast-scaling startup environment.
