Job Summary
The HR Generalist supports the full scope of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support employee engagement, relations, and conflict resolution.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards.
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
- Contribute to HR projects, policy development, and process improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
