Human Resources Generalist (12-month contract replacement)
Reporting into the HR Manager, the Human Resources Generalist delivers advisory and operational support for the National Tax service line in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key HR point of contact, advising employees and front-line leaders on talent management and employee experience.
- Work with HR Centers of Expertise and business leaders to deliver BDO’s talent experience – attract, engage, and grow our people.
- Enable leaders to effectively engage and develop their teams.
- Advise employees and leaders on all talent-related matters, including employee relations, engagement, performance, compensation, organizational structure, workforce planning, inclusion and diversity, development, recruitment, and policy application.
