ROLE PURPOSE
To act as the central coordinator of all departmental (Debt Collection Department) HR operations- driving fast, efficient execution across recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and people development in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate and deliver end-to-end recruitment for all departmental roles with speed and accuracy.
Proactively source, screen, assess, and facilitate hiring decisions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding activities to ensure seamless candidate and new-hire experiences.
Performance Management
Coordinate the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, review timelines, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Track performance data, follow up on actions, and support implementation of improvement plans.
