Missions

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Spain . You will supportthe HR Team in recruitment, training and development andin their daily activities, which include :

• Assist in the execution of the payroll: preparation of necessary documentation such as benefits in kind reports.
• Regular updates of HR employee databases (Local Access, Mercure II and MyDev) as needed and monthly audit.
• Cooperate with Local Head of HR in the implementation of all Head Office and local projects.
• Training: support managing different types of courses/ seminars/ lectures and with training public subsidies for employees (FORCEM)
• Support with trainee and junior recruitment process (Approvals from Head Office, publication of offers, research of potential candidates, selection, interviews, university job fairs, head hunters and strict follow up of closing process)
