The HR Generalist for XO LATAM facilitates **all key HR functions and programs**. This includes issues raised by current and future employees and matters related to employment, compensation and benefits, labor negotiations, organizational development, Health & safety, personnel administration, employee engagement, and employee relations. They assist HR managers with recruitment, maintain employee records, COVID process follow-up, internal promotions, internal career path, internal performance evaluation follow-up, and implementation of Mexican government regulations. They also provide administrative support to all employees.
