We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a busy HR team on an initial 18 month fixed-term contract, supporting the delivery of a range of people-focused projects across HR strategy, reward, engagement, systems and HR process improvement. Working closely with senior HR leadership, you will play a key role in delivering HR change initiatives while also supporting governance, risk and compliance activities across the function. This includes contributing to HR risk frameworks, vendor/third-party management and ensuring strong project governance is maintained. This role will suit someone with strong HR experience, ideally with exposure to employee relations and HR project delivery. Experience of TUPE or similar change/transfer projects would be a distinct advantage.
