- Going to serve as the primary onsite HR contact for a manufacturing facility
- Will be supporting 78 employees in the shop
- Main responsibilities include payroll support, benefits, leave administration, recruiting and employee services
- Goal of this placement is to bring back the basics in the HR department
- Will be running payroll (i.e. handling all exceptions and adjustments & payroll will actually submit it)
- Will assist with hiring and terminating individuals in the system (Paycom)
- Responsible for benefits open enrollment and life changing events (will work with broker on this)
- Assisting hiring managers with hiring posting job template on Indeed, scheduling calls / interviews, and coordinating teams to meet with the candidate
