Position Title: GSAS Team Leader

Position Summar

The GSAS Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end human resource operations of the manpower agency under Gothong Southern, ensuring the effective delivery of key HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, business partnering, and overall workforce management. The role provides leadership to the HR team, ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies, and supports organizational goals through effective people management and HR strategies
