Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist supports plant operations by partnering with employees, supervisors, and leadership to deliver HR programs that align with company objectives. The role serves both salaried and unionized hourly employees, acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations, attendance management, workplace investigations, disability and accommodation support, and the interpretation and administration of the collective agreement.
