Human Resources Generalist

This is a newly created role where you’ll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and play a pivotal part in bringing HR functions in-house.

Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating employment contracts and managing employee inductions/onboarding
• Updating, developing, and implementing HR policies to meet business needs
• Assisting with legal compliance across HR functions and identifying areas of risk
• Driving performance appraisal reviews and supporting managers and employees as required
• Managing employee relations, both individual and collective
