Location

Upper Beaver Gold Project, Dobie, Ontario, Canada.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary

$135,000 - $178,000 CAD per year.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Human Resources Superintendent and support the Upper Beaver Gold project as the initial HR role.
• Collaborate with Macassa HR, Regional HR, and key Operations stakeholders to support the growth and integration of the project.
• Provide full HR support, including employee relations, onboarding, application of HR policies, legal and company compliance, cyclical HR programming, and performance management.
• Work closely with the centralized recruitment team.
