Overview

We are seeking an HR Specialist with strong Mandarin and English communication skills to support HR operations and collaborate with regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data
• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Ensure efficient HR process execution

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (Mandatory)
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Reporting, or HR Analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur

Preferred

• Experience supporting regional or China-based stakeholders
• Knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools
