We are looking for an HR Operations & Admin professional to manage day-to-day HR
processes and office administration in a fast-paced startup environment. This role requires
someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats while
building structured HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
● Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, documentation, confirmation,
exits).
● Maintain employee records, HR databases, and MIS reports.
● Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and compliance
documentation.
● Coordinate with vendors for PF, ESIC, insurance, and statutory compliances.
● Draft and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit, etc.).
● Support performance management cycles and internal HR audits.
