We're looking for a strong individual contributor to lead our HR & People Operations team and take it to the next level. This is going to be 70% Ops and 30% Talent Management. Who are you?
We're looking for someone who is passionate about scaling teams and working with groups of people towards a common objective - someone who:
- has 1-3 years of experience in an HR Ops role
- has a proven HR experience in fast-paced, collaborative working environment
- has a sound understanding of organizational psychology
