Human Resources Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions across the Philippines. This role will be based in Cebu, supporting operations in Visayas and Mindanao, while overseeing HR coordination for Luzon (Clark).

• You will work closely with business leaders and report directly to the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operation

• Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, movement, and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (BIPO)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Handle documentation, airport pass processing, and employment requirements
