Job Summary
The HR Operations Generalist is responsible for the daily administration of HR functions, with a heavy emphasis on employee relations, disciplinary management, and regulatory reporting. You will ensure that the organization remains compliant with the Labor Code of the Philippines while fostering a productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full disciplinary process, ensuring strict adherence to the Two-Notice Rule (Notice to Explain and Notice of Decision) to uphold the constitutional right to due process.
- Lead administrative investigations and hearings for behavioral or performance infractions.
- Ensure all disciplinary penalties are commensurate with the offense as per jurisprudence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
