About the Role
Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, the HR Director is responsible for developing and executing people strategies while leading the successful delivery of HR programs and initiatives across a multi-site, healthcare environment. This role focuses on operationalizing the people and culture vision, strengthening HR practices and systems, and ensuring consistent execution of people programs that align with organizational goals.
