We are seeking a Human Resources Director with a solid track record as a Human Resources Leader in both international and SME environments in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and rolling out a clear HR roadmap aligned with both Global HR processes and Collège du Léman's strategic plan.
- Overseeing HR programs and main processes (Talent Management, Budget preparation and review, Compensation, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Time Management).
- Supporting the management team on all HR related questions and promoting organisational effectiveness and agility.
- Promoting and embodying the school's values and culture.
- Providing leadership to the HR team and ensuring people practices are effective, coherent and consistently implemented in day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced and demanding environment.
