Human Resources Director (Monterrey)

We are looking for a strategic HR Director to lead Human Resources across Mexico for a regional executive team.

• Design and implement HR strategies across recruitment, training, retention, compensation, payroll, labor relations, and organizational development, aligned with integral objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations.
• Lead workforce and talent planning to meet current and future staffing needs across Mexico.
• Manage headcount and personnel expense budgets, balancing labor costs, productivity, and strategic goals across facilities.
