Human Resources Coordinator

Whitewater's People and Culture department is looking for a candidate to join us in the following role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global P&C, the Global People & Talent Coordinator role plays a broad role overseeing P&C administration, recruitment, benefits, training, and other P&C initiatives. The role is integral in ensuring the delivery of day-to-day P&C services supporting our employees and stakeholders for our Richmond, BC and global locations. In addition, this role helps the organization understand its people through critical metrics/reporting. The ideal candidate is customer‑centric, energetic, and a self‑starter who can work independently and in collaboration with other teams. This position has no direct reports.
