Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and HR-related support
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities, recognition programs, and team events
- Assist with internal communications and initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Support employee relations processes and HR administration as required
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, candidate communications, and reference checks
- Participate in interviews as appropriate and support candidate evaluation
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new employees have a welcoming, positive experience
