HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

Join our team as an organised and proactive Human Resources Coordinator, based at our Support Services office in Wayville.

This role will work closely with operational leaders on remote mining, civil, agricultural and water projects providing support and guidance on all aspects of human resources.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end to end recruitment, project resourcing and workforce planning processes;
• Coordinating performance review processes;
• Supporting employee relations matters, including performance management, feedback, disciplinary processes and grievances;
• Supporting workforce planning, training coordination and talent development initiatives;
• Coordinating injury management and return to work processes; and
• Contributing to HR initiatives and policy and procedure developments.
