Become an integral part of Hatch's HR Shared Services team in Mississauga as a Human Resources Coordinator. This 12-month contract role focuses on enhancing employee experiences through efficient onboarding and support.
You will report to the HR Service Center Lead and work alongside management and employees to provide outstanding support. Key responsibilities include assisting with new hire processes, managing personnel inquiries, and maintaining HRIS records. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
• Provide guidance on personnel policies to employees
• Execute transactions in HRIS and maintain employee records
• Generate HR reports and recommend process improvements
