Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant HR Operations experience within the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Experience handling employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration
- Knowledge of visa, labour, and employee documentation processes
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
