The Role

As the HRBP, you will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on performance management, organizational effectiveness and employee relations. Along with the support from the HR Manager, this role will see you partnering and coaching Store Managers on key HR functions and working to foster a positive and enjoyable work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts weekly meetings with key stakeholders, building strong relationships with Store Managers and provide guidance and advice on all people related issues
