What is the opportunity? As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the Career Sales Force, you will provide strategic advice and counsel to the Senior Leadership team on all aspects of human resources (HR) including talent and workforce management, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee relations, diversity, organizational design and change management.
Reporting and Scope Reporting to the Senior HRBP for National Career Sales Force business, you will be a key contributor to the Regional Banking HR Team and an advisor to CSF’s Senior Management Team, supporting business goals and leading national priorities.
