Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience , with at least 2 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist supporting business units directly .
- Preferably from a large-scale organization, multinational company (MNC), shared services environment, BPO, technology, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or fast-growing enterprise .
- Strong hands-on experience in:

- Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases , including:
