Human Resources Business Partner

The Opportunity

As a valuable member of the Human Resources team, you will partner closely with departments to deliver proactive, effective, and responsive HR solutions. Acting as the first point of contact for leaders, you will provide expert advice and guidance while contributing to the design and delivery of strategic HR programs and initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong strategic partnerships with client groups and collaborate with HR colleagues to support operational needs.
• Lead and facilitate HR programs across the full spectrum of HR programs¿including talent acquisition, labour and employee relations, workforce health and performance, total rewards, policy development, engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion¿to enable a high¿performing workforce.
