The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted HR partner to the Principals, Country Director, and School Management for the International Schools under Global Schools Group (GSG) in the Philippines. The role is responsible for delivering strategic and operational HR support, fostering a positive employee experience, ensuring compliance with Philippine employment laws and regulations, and aligning people strategies with the organisation's business objectives.
