Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to craft and implement HR and people strategies that directly support short and long-term business objectives.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting objective investigations and mitigating workplace risks
- Drive talent planning, succession planning, and performance management processes to identify high-potential employees and address skill gaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Studies, Human Resources Management, Business Management or any related course.
- Minimum 5 years in HR business partnering or generalist roles.
- Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing or similarly complex business environments is preferred.
