• Serve as the primary HR contact for Mexico and Colombia based employees, promoting a collaborative and engaging work environment.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Mexican labor laws , including Ley Federal del Trabajo , IMSS , INFONAVIT , and other local employment obligations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and uphold a workplace recognized as one of the best places to work in the region.
