Human Resources Business Partner
At Pier 4 our portfolio of multi-family real estate assets is growing and as a result we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team. We are looking for an HRBP, who wants to be part of our exciting journey and is truly engaged in being an advocate of and executing, best-in‑class human resources support and programs.
The HR Business Partner supports the full Pier 4 Property Operations portfolio by providing strategic people leadership, coaching, and operational HR execution. This role acts as a trusted advisor to the Property Operations Team, ensuring that talent, culture, and workforce practices directly enable operational excellence, resident experience, and portfolio performance.
The HRBP is embedded in the business, proactive, visible, and solutions‑oriented. Helping leaders build high‑performing teams, navigate change, and uphold Pier 4’s performance‑driven culture.
