Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and job offers).
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., 201 files).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and concerns.
- Support payroll coordination by ensuring accuracy of employee data and attendance.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, training, and company events.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation as needed.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
