Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, job postings, screening applications, interview coordination, etc.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with hiring managers to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Maintain and update employee records, leave administration, attendance records, and personnel files in the HRIS.
- Prepare and compile regular HR reports.
- Manage the payroll process with payroll vendors in Singapore, Australia, and Thailand.
- Handle general HR administrative duties, including probation confirmation tracking, business card requests, HR‑related invoice processing, and document management.
