Job Duties:
- Responsible for employee lifecycle management within the HRIS, including staff records, employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
- Prepare and analyze HR-related reports, including headcount reports, accrual distribution reports, organizational charts, and subsidiary staff lists
- Provide support across the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations and communications, training, and other HR initiatives
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
- Support business visa application preparation as needed
