This is an entry‑level HR role — but it's not for everyone. We'll invest in you, mentor you, and help you grow. What we can't do is teach you the basics. Read carefully before you apply.
What you'll do
You’ll be part of a real HR team — supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and employer branding. You’ll work with people constantly: candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders. You’ll use tools, follow processes, and be expected to figure out basic things on your own before escalating.
What we are looking for
- Coachable and process‑driven. You take feedback without getting defensive, and you follow systems — even when shortcuts are tempting.
