Summary

The Human Resources Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department, working closely with the Director of Human Resources, HR Associate, and Finance team. This position is heavily focused on recruitment and onboarding while also providing broad HR generalist support. This role is responsible for managing job postings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, facilitating new hire orientations, and maintaining employee data within the HRIS.
